Invisible subscriptions
Invisible entries are successful subscriptions to an event which are currently not visible because you are over your eligble database quota. These entries become visible when you

a) Upgrade your account or
b) delete other subscriptions and or obsolete events

Pending subscriptions
These occur when the option 'subscribers must confirm by email' is checked on the page 'event options', but the subscribers have not yet confirmed their subscription by email.

CSV File
You can download subscriptions to an event in a comma delimeted format, so that you can load it for example in a spread sheet program for further analysis.
Click on 'download' and choose the option 'Save to file'. Then open your spreadsheet program and open the file you just downloaded.

Security check
In order to avoid automated registrations by ill-intended users, a number is show in the form of a picture. Most programs written for these purposes will not be able to retrieve information from images. So this is just to make sure that we are dealing with real people as opposed to a program.
